On Sep 5th Grace Breeding announced that it entered into certain private placement agreements.

The gross proceeds will extend the Company's cash runway so that it may, among other things, conduct additional trials as it works to gain commercialization in different territories.

During this time, Grace Breeding will continue to seek additional capital for the longer term.
